Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, energetic and target-oriented Sales Manager for PM Surya Ghar Solar Yojana & Rooftop Solar Sales. The role is completely sales-focused, involving telecalling, lead conversion, follow-ups, and client handling.

Role & Responsibilities
Telecalling to potential customers for solar rooftop projects
Promote & sell PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana
Achieve monthly sales targets
Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp & email queries
Maintain customer data in CRM
Regular follow-up with prospects (follow-up master)
Handle Sunday calls/messages if required
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation & closure
Quick response to customer queries
Daily reporting & sales updates
Requirements
Strong sales & telecalling experience
Excellent convincing, negotiation & bargaining skills
Good English communication (Hindi mandatory)
Knowledge of CRM, Excel & Email handling
Fast learner & quick response person
Ability to work under pressure & meet targets
